Marketing Officer Position

Risima is looking for a motivated Marketing Officer to support our marketing, communications, and public relations efforts.

As part of our team, you’ll help deliver creative campaigns, assist with day-to-day marketing activities, and contribute ideas that strengthen Risima’s brand and community presence.

  • Drive marketing and communications strategies aligned to organisational objectives, monitor progress, and recommend improvements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, media, and communities to position the organisation positively
  • Manage corporate publications, branding, and online platforms (website & intranet)
  • Foster effective communication with shareholders, partners, and the public, while safeguarding the organisation
  • Develop policies and procedures that support strategy and comply with legislation.
  • Qualifications: N6, Diploma or Degree in Marketing & Communications, Communications, PR, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Marketing & Communications, Communications, PR, or a related field
  • A valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills  
  • Time management skills, judgment, and decision making
  • Critical thinking and service orientation  
  • Problem solving
  • Tools: Experience with tools like Canva, CRM software, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
